Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits go towards the cost of your service. If you are a no-show or cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, no exceptions. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment if you cancel.
You can reschedule your appointment in the same month without losing your deposit if you give at least 24 hr notice.
If you are late 9 minutes or more your appointment will be canceled.
